1. Agreement to These Terms

ecobet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Account Management

Once registered, you are responsible for all activity conducted through your ecobet account. You must ensure that all personal information associated with your account is accurate and kept up to date. Any change to your name, address, payment method, or contact details must be reported to ecobet support promptly.

ecobet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

1. The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
2. The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
3. The account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
4. Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual.
5. The account has been used in connection with bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
6. Verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.

Upon closure of an account for cause, ecobet reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request in good standing, any remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

3. Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. ecobet reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

3. Time limits: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
4. One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
5. 6. Right to withdraw offers: ecobet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets already placed and bonuses already credited prior to withdrawal of an offer will be honoured under the original terms.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the ecobet Platform are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as published in the betting rules section of the Platform. The following general principles apply to all betting and gaming activity:

1. Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference. ecobet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error.
2. Palpable errors: Where odds or game outcomes are published due to a manifest error (including technical errors, data feed errors, or human input errors), ecobet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet appeared to be settled in the player's favour.
3. Abandoned events: Rules governing abandoned, postponed, or void sporting events are set out in the sport-specific rules. In general, where an event is abandoned before completion, bets may be voided and stakes returned unless the specific rules state otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ecobet.
2. Use any automated tool, scraper, crawler, or data extraction mechanism to access, collect, or index Platform content.
3. Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform software or game code.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ecobet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

1. Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
2. Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ecobet's reasonable control.
3. Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
4. Data loss, account compromise, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
5. Any errors, interruptions, or delays in live data feeds used to power sports betting markets.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ecobet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ecobet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account with ecobet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as selected by ecobet in its sole discretion.

In the event of any dispute between you and ecobet, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] and allow ecobet a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. ecobet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with ecobet support, you may have the right to seek resolution through independent dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction. ecobet does not waive any rights or defences it may have under applicable law by agreeing to engage in an informal dispute resolution process.

13. General Provisions

1. Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ecobet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
3. No waiver: ecobet's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any future occasion.
4. Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ecobet. ecobet may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
5. Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
6. Force majeure: ecobet shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond ecobet's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
